Therefore, attention should be paid to all aspects during use in order to extend the service life of the product.
Due to the application of the chain station in different fields and exposure to different environments during use, the use of the chain may be affected by different media in many different environments, causing serious aging of the chain. At the same time, the connected components may also be severely affected, thereby affecting the normal operation and use of the equipment. It can be seen that timely maintenance and upkeep should be carried out when using stainless steel chains to avoid aging.
During the operation of the chain, the thermal cross-linking caused by high temperature can cause rubber oxidation reaction and affect the stainless steel chain, resulting in the aging phenomenon of the chain. Therefore, during repeated operation, the chain will also experience continuous friction, which will cause certain oxidation reactions. The negative effect of the chain during operation is mainly when it is exposed to humid air, rain or soaked in water, which is easy to damage. This is because water-soluble substances and water groups are extracted and dissolved by water.
Under the alternating effects of water immersion and atmospheric exposure, the damage to the chain will be accelerated. The so-called other factors refer to chemical media, variable valence metal ions, high-energy radiation, electricity, and biology, all of which will have varying degrees of impact on the chain. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen attention to the use of the chain from different aspects.
