New lifting chain and old lifting chain can not be mixed reasons

When the new lifting chain is used with the old lifting chain, what are the reasons why the specific use cannot be mixed? Let the small series of mining chain manufacturers take everyone to understand.
1. The new lifting chain is too long or elongated after use, difficult to adjust, depending on the situation to remove the chain, but need to be even. The chain link should pass through the back of the chain, the lock plate is inserted on the outside, and the opening of the lock plate should face the opposite direction of rotation.
2. The old lifting chain can not be mixed with part of the new chain, otherwise it is easy to have an impact in the transmission and break the chain.
3. The tightness of the lifting chain should be appropriate, too tight to increase power consumption, bearing easy to wear; Too loose a chain can jump and break. The tightness of the chain is: lifted or pressed from the middle of the chain, the spacing between the two sprockets is about 2%-3%.
4. After the sprocket is seriously worn, the new sprocket and the new chain should be replaced at the same time to ensure good engagement. You can't just replace a new chain or a new sprocket alone. Otherwise, it will cause poor meshing to accelerate the wear of the new chain or new sprocket. Sprocket tooth surface wear to a certain extent should be used in time to turn over (refers to the adjustable surface of the sprocket). To extend the use time.
5. The sprocket should be mounted on the shaft without skew and swing. The end faces of the two sprockets in the same transmission component should be located in the same plane, and the deviation of 1 mm is allowed when the distance between the sprockets is less than 0.5 meters; When the spacing in the sprocket is more than 0.5 meters, the allowable deviation is 2 mm. However, it is not allowed to have friction sprocket tooth side phenomenon, if the two wheels are shifted too much, it is easy to produce chain removal and accelerated wear. When replacing the sprocket, pay attention to check and adjust the offset.
